The welcome speech in Arabic was given by Mary Tcholoyan who presented Terzian’s biography and career highlights, noting that this event is his 88th exhibition. Tcholoyan also gave some details about the works on display.
Next, Janet Yapoudjian, a member of the Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Art Gallery’s committee, presented Terzian’s artistic journey in Armenian. She also added that he is a member of the art gallery’s committee and has contributed greatly to the development and implementation of many of the gallery’s projects. Yapoudjian thanked Mr. and Mrs. Sam and Lena Racoubian on behalf of the art gallery’s committee and director for their continuous support of Armenian culture.
At the end of the event, Terzian gave a speech in four different languages, expressing his gratitude for the sponsors of the exhibition, the Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Art Gallery’s committee and director, as well as all those who came to the opening in support of his work.
The exhibition runs until 25 June 2012, every day (except Sunday) from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
