Excerpts from the speeches delivered during the opening ceremony:
Hagop Havatian
I met the artist for the first time in Armenia in 2013. I got acquainted more with this great patriot and kindhearted intellectual through his artwork. And in 2014, the Lebanese art-lovers met the artist for the first time, and through his paintings, they felt a closer connection to the wonders of the Armenian World especially the cultural heritage of Western Armenia which reflected in his masterpieces.

The Hamazkayin Art Gallery is glad to host him and his art for the second time. This time the artist has come with a new collection that bears a French influence especially created for the Lebanese audience taking into consideration the deep connections between the Lebanese and French cultures.

The artist affirms that he tries to reveal beauty through his compositions; he believes that each one of his paintings has a message through which the artist tries to explain his mind and soul.

Samvel Mkrtchyan
It is always a pleasure to be invited to art exhibitions. These are opportunities to get acquainted with new art styles, new creative approaches, new content and new methods of expression.

The main theme of most of Sayadyan’s work is the woman. The artist has tried various methods to present and reveal the depth and diversity of a woman’s inner world, her subtlest manifestations, which are blended with music. With his discernments, the artist communicates with us the image of the woman and the revelation of that image.

Other words
Bishop Shahe Panossian read a blessing letter sent by His Holiness Catholicos Aram I to the artist.

In turn, artist Carlos Sayadyan thanked the attendees and expressed special gratitude to His Holiness Catholicos Aram I for his blessing letter.
