This year was not an easy year; however, every measure was taken to continue the mission of Hamazkayin uninterruptedly. Consequently, we are grateful to the friends and benefactors of Hamazkayin, who supported the Hamazkayin bookstore and Art Gallery.
This collective exhibition has become an annual tradition. However, it is not a celebration of the end of the year; quite the reverse, it’s a wish for a fruitful new year, full of health and success both for individuals and for the collective.
Ambassador Mkrtchyan, who always supports the Hamazkayin projects, once again comes to testify that this institution is striving to give comprehensive quality and capacity to the Armenia-Diaspora cultural and literary ties. We are deeply grateful to the Ambassador who isn’t a guest, he is family.
Mansour El Habre
With it’s mission, the Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Art Gallery comes to deliever us the message that Art is the final meaning of a human being; the language of art and culture are what give meaning to a human’s existence.
Lucy Tutunjian
Tutunjian thanked the attendees and wished that their number will continue to grow which is an indicator that interest toward art is increasing.
Samvel Mkrtchyan
He said that he has had many oportunities to attend such exhibitions since he has great ineterest in art. He thanked the Hamazkayin Art Gallery for it’s devoted work in organizing exhibitions that feature Armenian, local, and foregin artists and painters providing the oportunity for visitors to get aquanited and relate with their art.
Enjoying art is not a one-time perception; one must periodically look at the painting and discover the ideas and thought that the artist has placed in his creation, and how he has tried to convey his thoughts, his perception of the world, and his philosophy.
