Under the sponsorship of the cultural section of the Embassy of Armenia to Lebanon, the exhibition of Armenian talented painters Aghasi and Artavazd Talalyan was opened on October 10, at 7:00 PM at Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Art Gallery, in the presence of Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Mr. Vahakn Atabekian. 

Hagop Havatian, Hamazkayin Art Gallery Director, delivered the opening speech in which he welcomed the beloved Talalyan brothers, who “have created their own “world” in their studio, thus fixing the theme of their exhibition today as “My World.”

Afterwards, Aghasi and Artavazd Talalyan delivered heartfelt words individually, expressing satisfaction and gratitude to Mr. and Mrs. Tutunjian, Hagop Havatian and Hamazkayin family. 

Ambassador Vahakn Atabekian in his turn addressed a heartfelt speech by using lines of poetry, highly praising the works of the Talalyan brothers. On this occasion, Ambassador Atabekian also touched upon the 10th anniversary of the Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Art Gallery, congratulating its management and staff. Ambassador Atabekian also cited a historical reminder about the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Hamazkayin in 1938 and stated that today Hamazkayin has already a “grandson”, the Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Art Gallery. In the end, he extended his deepest congratulations to the big Hamazkayin family.
