The first speaker at the opening was Hagop Havatian, director of the Hamazkayin Lucy Tutunjian Art Gallery and of the Hamazkayin “Vahe Setian” Printing and Publishing House. He said that Razmig Bertizian’s name is well known to the big Hamazkayin family, and those who have worked with him know the artist’s meticulous approach to work.

Therefore, this exhibition is first and foremost a modest expression of gratitude to Bertizian, Havatian emphasized.

On this occasion, Havatian thanked Mr. and Mrs. Hagop Tchilinguirian for supporting the event, saying that they have always promoted similar high-quality initiatives in the Lebanese-Armenian community.

Havatian also thanked Archbishop Khatcherian, who supports and contributes to the success of cultural activities in the community, through his presence and encouragement.
